After your Applicant Introduction form has been reviewed, if you are approved and invited to proceed to the next step, then click on the following weblink to apply for the second step of the Rent Application Process (requires a valid Gmail/Google account):

Step 3: Background & Credit Check
After your Rent Application has been reviewed, if you are approved and invited to proceed to the next step, then you will be informed by email with instructions to proceed to the third step of the Rent Application Process.


The applications will be considered on a “First Come, First Serve” basis & the first qualified applicant will be invited to sign the lease agreement.
